Kèr Hi̊mbùn (/hi̘m/ /bʊn/ [basement] [dumb (speechless)]) is a subtropical Town located in the Iēibonjām Region of the Tetbur Commune.

The name Kèr Hi̊mbùn is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Hi̊mbùn was founded by Yawmē̄ Sérmp̪vō 'Stunner Star' Joidä̂ Ca̋nvēs Cúnvé Pughan, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Overview

Kèr Hi̊mbùn was founded durring the late 14th century in spring of the year 1293, by Yawmē̄ Sérmp̪vō 'Stunner Star' Joidä̂ Ca̋nvēs Cúnvé Pughan. The establishment of Kèr Hi̊mbùn suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Kèr Hi̊mbùn which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Kèr Hi̊mbùn was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Hi̊mbùn is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

Cultural Notes

A substantial minority of the locals are descended from foreigners alien to their local neighbors. They may have been religious exiles, economic migrants, indigenous locals surrounded by the existing polity, or a foreign settlement conquered within the relatively recent past. The locals may not be enthusiastic about being ruled by others not of their kind, and their neighbors may look askance at the way foreign customs or even laws may be maintained.

Kèr Hi̊mbùn's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length.
